Four 1:1 sessions (worth £400)
In person or online, around 2.5 hours each. In-person within roughly 20 miles of Chesterfield.
Birth partner support
One or two birth partners join for free. Them feeling prepared makes all the difference.
Audio tracks (worth £99)
A library of hypnobirthing relaxation tracks in my own voice, to use throughout pregnancy.
Workbook, birth plan & goody bag (worth £102)
A jam-packed hypnobirthing workbook, an editable birth plan template and resources, plus a welcome goody bag.
Ongoing support (invaluable)
Email and messaging support right up until your birth, for whenever you have a wobble or a question.
Plus an optional 5th postnatal session once baby is here, to talk through your birth story (worth £97).

What the course actually looks like.
A completely bespoke 1:1 course, delivered in the comfort of your own home or online. For in-person I cover Derbyshire and surrounding areas including Nottinghamshire, South Yorkshire and North Leicestershire. Get in touch to check I cover your area.
It’s a 4 week course, one session a week, around 10 hours of teaching time in total. Days and times are agreed at your introductory session to fit around your life. You also get check-in messages right up until baby is born, for whenever you have a wobble or need a friendly chat with someone who gets it.
But mostly, what you take away is the transformation. From doubt to calm. From unsure to fully prepared. From the unknown to feeling confident and clear. You absolutely deserve that.
